Khadija Oubedda – PhD student in political science (UdeM)
Khadija Oubedda is a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Montreal, specializing in the field of comparative politics. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in religious and social studies from Al Qarawiyyin University, with a focus on Political Jurisprudence (2022). In May 2024, she earned a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI, Doha – Qatar). Throughout her academic journey, her main research interests lie in the study of political behavior, using mixed methods, particularly political trust, youth political participation, and democratization. More specifically, Khadija’s dissertation project aims to better understand the impact of conspiracy theories on citizens’ trust in their political institutions through a comparative study of the MENA region and the European Union.
