Good news for Theresa May in Britain: European Affairs Ministers from the 27 EU countries have given the green light to the draft Brexit agreement. This is a first step before holding an extraordinary European Council to endorse the deal. Guillaume Dumas discussed the current developments with Frédéric Mérand, principal investigator at the Jean Monnet Centre.
