Maria popova and Oxana Shevel wrote an article in the Journal Of Democracy entitled “Ukraine belongs in the EU”. They express their views on Ukraine’s candidacy to join the European Union and the benefits that this would bring to Kyiv, but also to the vitality of the EU.
